Thursday September 2
12noon-8pm
Volunteers needed: taping off booth set up, coordinating tents, tables, chairs, etc

Friday September 3
12-7
Volunteers needed:
Admissions, 2 shifts (12-3:30, 3:30-7)
Kids tent 12-7

Saturday September 4
10-6
Admissions, 2 shifts 10-2, 2-6
Kids Tent 10-6

Sunday September 5
11-5
Admissions, 2 shifts 11-2:30, 2:30-5
Kids Tent 10-6

Admissions: check membership cards, take paid admissions, make change, prepare
deposits/ reconciliation sheets

Kids tent: organize and execute Kids crafts, monitor, supervise
Stock inventory, light clean up
